Welcome to the 18th Annual Scientific Meeting of ISHA – The Hip Preservation Society!

The 2026 ISHA Annual Scientific Meeting (ISHA 2026) will take place on Thursday 8 to Saturday 10 October 2026 in Bruges, Belgium – a beautiful medieval city where a far-reaching heritage in medical innovation meets cutting-edge modern institutions. Based at the easily accessible venues of Bruges Meeting & Convention Center (BMCC) and Concertgebouw Bruges, the ISHA 2026 congress will take a "roots to sky" approach, welcoming all – from trainee to expert – to participate and improve their knowledge and skills in hip preservation.

The Scientific Programme will be split into Basic and Advanced combined education and research sessions on a selected range of key topics. In addition, attendees will be able to enjoy a range of other exciting sessions, including re-live surgeries, inspiring keynote lectures, case discussions, debates, consensus sessions and partner society symposia. Pre-conference activities, including regional interest groups and a Basics in Hip Arthroscopy session aimed at early-career professionals, will take place on Wednesday 7 October 2026, while our physiotherapy and rehab colleagues will enjoy a post-conference PT and Sports Rehabilitation programme on Saturday 10 October 2026.

On the social side, we look forward to plenty of time to catch up with our friends and colleagues and foster new relationships and meaningful discussions through the Welcome Reception, Trainee Networking Hub and Gala Dinner.
